Children's Safety Policy

Age safety and protection principles

Last updated: June 2, 2026. Cozypal is designed for adult social connection. This policy explains how we approach age safety, reports, and protective review.

Age limits

Cozypal is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required in their location and must not misrepresent their age or identity.

If we learn that an account may belong to an underage person, we may restrict, investigate, or remove the account.

Prohibited conduct

We prohibit child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, coercion, sexualized contact involving minors, age deception, and attempts to move unsafe conversations off-platform.

Any use of AI tools to create, request, facilitate, or disguise harmful conduct involving minors is not allowed.

Reporting safety concerns

Reports involving minors or suspected exploitation are prioritized. Send urgent concerns to support@cozypal.com with account details, screenshots, and relevant context when available.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local reporting authority first.

Review and enforcement

We may review reported content, preserve relevant information when appropriate, remove accounts, limit features, and escalate severe concerns to appropriate channels as required.

Our AI-assisted systems may help flag suspicious patterns, but human review remains important for sensitive safety decisions.

Parent and guardian concerns

If you believe a minor has created a Cozypal account or shared personal information, contact us at support@cozypal.com. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the account.

We aim to respond carefully and quickly to age-related concerns.
